Why isn't there a ZTA chapter at OU?

So, why didn't ZTA ever make it at OU? Anybody know? I emailed the alumni chapter in OKC/Norman. I didn't get an answer other than they are never going to try at OU again.

My best friend from high school is a Zeta at A&M. Very, very strong there. Their return rates are so good/high during rush, they are only allowed 3 pref parties where most other houses have 5 or 6. Their rush is supposed to be brutal to get into Zeta there. I don’t know about other schools.
