recent fraternity ranking

Fraternities:
Sigma Phi Epsilon- Great Rep lots of church lovers
Lambda Chi Alpha- Pretty boys
Beta Theta Pi- Best grades and usually get presidents trophy.
Delta Tau Delta- Paired up with great sororities for next year/most parties
Sigma Alpha Epsilon- Rich crazy kids that girls like
^^^ Top tier in my personal opinion. But obviously can be moved around. All of these houses are great to get into
Delta Upsilon- Try hards but have recently gotten Tri Delt for something every year. Also always do well in intramurals
FIJI- Probably coolest house on campus from the outside. Most girls either love them or think they are creepy. Honestly confused as to why they are always ranked top tier on here
Alpha Tau Omega- Awesome new house. Pledge classes are getting better
Sigma Chi- Have gone downhill because they are usually in trouble with the university but have some quality guys.
Phi Delt- Holy water
^^^ Middle tier houses that are also not bad to be in
The rest are essentially bottom.. no order applies
Pi Kappa Phi- Amazing grades and active on campus!!!
Kappa Sigma- Will have an awesome new house
Sigma Nu- Will also have an awesome new house
Both are small fraternities right now but will continue to grow. Their houses will be amazing and are going to be some of the most expensive fraternity houses in the United States
Triangle- Nerds
Delta Chi- No house
KA- Okay Chill and laid back
May have forgotten a few but I think that is pretty accurate as of now.

I can say from my experiences between Delt and Fiji that Delt is a much more fun house to go to and do things with than Fiji. Also most girls go to Delt parties over Fiji parties. Not saying that Fiji is a bad fraternity, i just do not think they are top tier either.
