Can someone tell me why SAE is considered a good house? I think they have a pretty house and nice enough guys but outside of that I haven't heard anything positive.

They're kind of a roller coaster house. They're up for a while then down. Right now they're down and hanging out with lesser sororities but they will rise again I predict.
