Raise our rank (diff poster)

So, I’m considered to be in a lower tier sorority. I think we are rising, but I think lately I’m wrong. We are very involved and we have grades, but that doesn’t seem to be enough. I think I made it obvious which sorority I’m talking about.
Please be honest and say what we need to do to raise our rank because I think it’s possible! Be brutal if you need to lol

No one really cares about grades or involvement. Gamma phi gets lots of good girls but they also get weird and crazy girls who act weird about not being totally at the bottom. For lots of people that makes them worse than the bottom 2. The pool of good girls seems to be getting smaller and there are more weird girls. AGD and AOII are getting your good girls and you’re getting their bad ones. Stop giving them bids.
