Big 3 vs Little 3

There is no top 5. There’s the Big 3 and the Little 3.

The Big 3 are Kappa, Pi Phi, and Chi O. These are top here and they recruit solid most consistently. Everybody knows it’s top frats favorites.

The Little 3 are Tri Delt, AXO, and Theta. They are “lower top/higher mid” but with a very big gap between them and the Big 3. They are controversial either with PCs, retention, or so be it and always are fighting to see who’s number 4 even though they are the same quality.

This applies the same way for frats. Big Three (Lambda, Beta, ATO) and Little 3 (SigEp, Fiji, KSig) for the exact same reasons.

Alpha Chi is a mid tier house...Not on the same level as Tri Delt and Theta (or whoever they are comparing themselves to this week)

Axo is not on the same tier as Tri delt and Theta what so ever. More girls going through recruitment rather have the top 5 + aphi than them
