DDD has had to snap bid for years. They haven’t really had a good PC in a while. Theta also.
I know ppl want to always argue this but there are houses that have risen and houses that have dropped. It’s just straight facts.

^Obviously the poster is making up lies AOPi did great but they only got 40 girls. What does that mean?

How any house did depends on what they were looking for. I have friends in Theta and Gphi and both of those houses had excellent return rates and got the girls they wanted (smart and good personalities). But on gr their new mc have been downranked maybe because of looks? Tridelt came out ok because the snap bids they gave were to quality girls. But they've been downranked too. Axo and A Phi got lots of qr girls because they were concentrating on looks.Pbp did great and so did kkg but neither one got all the girls they wanted. DG did as good as they could this year with their scandals and AGD did better than usual. So don't believe what you read on here. Most is defensive and is houses trying to assert that recruitment was great for their house and now they're a top house.

Wait did tridelt actually give snap bids? I know someone who intentionally single prefed them and got dropped. Can that happen and then they give snapbids to someone else?

Pi beta Phi is the new top house, and XO is still up there. Kappa is technically a top house but literally everyone knows there sisterhood is literal garbage.

As far as middle tier goes, Theta and APhi and Axo hold a strong position. Nice-ish girls, can be hit or miss on the sisterhood. It’s really what you make of it. Delta Gamma used to be a middle tier but they are far and away a bottom house now that it’s been revealed they like to abuse their members.

Bottom houses—-
Despite having some weird girls, GPB and AoPI have hot COB girls And it seems like their members actually remain happy and content with their sisterhood and actually alum/graduate with good standing with their house. Same goes for AGD. Sure can’t say the same for Kappa…. ASK ANYONE lol
