Rho G Drama - what happened??

Can someone explain what happened with the Rho Gs this year and why they contributed to all the girls dropping? I’ve heard rumors about this but wanted more clarification.

Several rho gs were telling their girls if they had AOII and AGD left to drop the process. Also pan knows this happened and isn’t doing anything about it

DG Rho Gs telling PNMs that DG's disciplinary action is "still pending" and "will probably just be probation". DG already knows they are in deep doo doo for hazing and there will be no social events this year. Other Rho Gs called them out for outright lying and drama ensued.

Pretty sure the DGs were also telling people to drop because they had so many snap bids available trying to get back to ceiling.
