Types of girls in each house

It can be hard to choose the right house but generally if you have two of the same houses listed together just know you will be meeting the exact same type of girls

Kappa, tri delt, pi phi, chi o
Come from the same type of popular areas, usually have money, pretty, popular in highschool, a lot on their resume, do good in rush convos, love to party and care about status. The ones that are unhappy in these houses are the ones that do not relate to what I just listed and feel the need to “fit in” with girls they aren’t actually alike with.

Theta
I put it on its own because I do believe they are top house but for different reasons. They get the smartest girls who have the most on their resumes, have genuine extremely nice personalities, they do not take looks into consideration. Not necessarily the typical “popular” you might think about but the ones who had tons of friends from like church for example. Also side note I believe they are the happiest house. Girls who pledge genuinely love them.

Axo aphi
So with these houses it’s a lot of the top house leftovers, for whatever reason they didn’t get into top house. Maybe they didn’t have the best grades , the best resume, they aren’t as pretty or polished or just didn’t have those right connections. Whatever the reason there’s generally this vibe of they want to be in a sorority to get invited to the parties, and have a great social life. Less about any other reasons. Most girls I know end up loving axo whether it was the house they wanted or not but I’ve heard the girls that wanted more genuine girls who care about things other than social life not liking the house so much, and aphi has retention issues I’m not totally sure why but I think for the same reasons.

Gphi, dg
They a bit wild aha. This is also where you start to notice the stark difference between the top house girls and the middle house girls. They get the ones that are a little more rough around the edges but you know what they are a lot of fun. They have extremely outgoing personalities and aren’t fake which is why I feel like the ones who pledge are die hard for their house. However these are the girls that wouldn’t have been as happy in top houses.

Agd aopi
tbh they just get the leftover girls from gphi, dg,axo, and aphi, and they just kind of slipped through the cracks for one reason or another but would have still fit into those houses nicely. I think what makes them seem “bottom” to people is because unlike the middle houses they are forced to take the absolute leftover girls that nobody else wanted to reach quota. This just means that with every pc there’s gonna be like 20 percent of oddballs/ girls that don’t fit the typical sorority stereotype at all . So if that’s you and you own it, these will be the houses for you. But if you don’t identify with that and identity more with the middle house girls keep an open mind because you will definitely find those exact same types of girls that also just slipped through the cracks. The ones that drop these houses are the ones that came in with an ego of “they should have been a top house girl “
