Top frats and srats from a chapter president

Lol okay, no order btw:

Srats/ kkg, theta, xo, ddd, pi phi…maybe maybe throw in axo/aphi but those two are a stretch. AXO will be doing just fine with their new house tho.

Frats/ ato, pike, fiji, sig Ep…this is gonna catch flak because pike is listed and not lambda. Lambda almost got shut down last fall due to hazing and plus half their pc dropped because of that. Kappa sig could also be here. Depends on who you mix with and what you value. Lastly, delt is on the watch. They’ll be back.

FYI, I’m basing this off of recent overall chapter performance (past three years), GPA, pledge class retention, alumni support, social clout, and general chapter history.
