anyone that says theta is still top is living in the past
they only get decent girls from one part of the state and no where else
girls put theta 2nd or they don’t have a better house to go to
this house isn’t very selective anymore so you should focus on other houses

I don't know what makes a top house for you, but I know a lot of PNMs want Theta when they go through rush and are thrill when they get Theta. Theta has such a strong tradition at OU, it's hard to fight years of Theta being the top house and girls who were raised hearing about Theta from moms, aunts, and cousins.
