Everyone says there’s only 3 tiers but I would divide it like this.
Top:
Kappa, Theta, Pi Phi, Chi O (all different vibes but the hardest to get into)
Upper mid:
Tri Delt, AXO (connections will help but not as selective as the 4 above)
Mid:
DG, Aphi, Gphi (good personality or be pretty)
Bottom:
AOPI, AGD (no connections needed, just be yourself)

At what point does the XO and AXO hater stop. Both are great houses! The house that doesn’t belong in the top anymore is theta, then I’d say Tri Delt so keep crying about XO and AXO, it isn’t going to make your house better by putting down these houses.
