Which are down to earth and friendly?

Wondering what the "good" houses are for niece that will be going through Fall 2022? Is APhi good - reviews seem iffy? Smart, friendly, down to earth girl - ang gorgeous - but not blond - red head!

I think your niece will find down-to-earth girls in all houses. She just needs to keep an open mind during recruitment and find the girls she feels most comfortable with.

To answer your questions directly, APhi has a reputation as more of a party-girl house. I am sure they have nicer girls in the house, but that is the stereotype.

For houses that focus on sisterhood, she may consider DG, GPhi, or AXO. But again, it's where she feels comfortable, not what somebody on a message board recommends.

APhi definitely has the biggest party reputation. I’d suggest a different house from my experience.
