I am highly interested in rushing my freshman year, I am curious as to what the sororities are "looking for" do certain houses want certain types of girls or is it just based on if they like you? Thanks.

Don't try to be what you think a house is looking for. Be yourself and find the house that YOU are looking for.

I agree with the honest advice given above. You won't enjoy yourself if you try to make yourself into someone who would be attractive to any one sort of house. Plus, I'll add that every house has every kind of girl. They just differ in the number of girls with any certain priority (partying, studying, volunteering, etc.) Everyone I know, though, has found best friends in her house.

Don't look for information on this site. As you will see one girl with peculiar tastes pretty much dominates the site with several posts a day of her opinion. So you're likely to be mislead if you go by what's written most of the time on here.

It's true you can immediately tell the top houses from the others( no need to look at anonymous posts)but they're hard to get into.
