The original post is a joke right? Gamma Phi is not in the top 5 and neither is BYX.
If you replace them with Fiji and Chi O then that is the consensus at OU. I am a Christian and support everything that BYX does but they aren't even close to the of the top houses at OU. I agree with every other house listed but the order is very subjective and argued constantly.

BYX is all well and good, but its already been brought up that they aren't IFC. They aren't held to the same standard as the rest of the greek community as far as grades and service are concerned. The lack of a house also hurts their case in a match-up against any IFC fraternity. If you are looking at any of that then Fiji has the edge. However, BYX has had solid 60+ pledge classes for the last three years and you would hard pressed to find a better liked fraternity on campus. They have done a good job of keeping up relations with every sorority on campus. Very involved around campus and in the Norman community as well.

I'd put Gamma Phi way above Chi O. They didn't even make Using. And they didn't have a quality pc at least since I've been here. Maybe they used to be good, but they're not a top house now. I have some nice friends in that house but no one thinks of them as a top house.

Chi O is way above GPB. GPB couldn't make scandals last spring and grades aren't good. Chi O's fall pledge class had Pom and cheer girls as well as PLC girls they were top three in grades for PCs. Girls settle for the GPB house but aren't excited about it. BYX is great everyone loved them but they aren't a top 5 IFC frat they are a Christian frat. Your entitled to your opinion unfortunately most people disagree strongly with you

GPB did make USing this year and got some awards as I remember. Chi O didn't even make the show. I'd say that people may settle for Chi O but aren't excited. Girls in Gamma Phi are excited from what I've seen. No one on here said that IFC were the only ones ranked. Don't rank them if you don't want to, but a lot of really great guys are in BYX.

What a joke. It says scandals and GPB didn't make the show last spring. It's not a good house but glad you like it. GPB can't win anything or get the best girls or even place in grades. Maybe all those problems come from spending to much time on this site.BYX and ChiO are paired up for scandals this year it would appear they prefer ChiO over GPB too

BYX is doing Homecoming this year with Gamma Phi so I am going to say that isn't the case.

Yep it's a total joke DDD won using placed in grades, KKG won homecoming, Theta as usual won grades, PBP placed high in both HC and grades. GPB hasn't placed this year( and usually doesn't) and they have NEVER ( as in ever)won anything. I kinda feel sorry for them always being made fun of on this site but I guess they bring it on themselves. AOP actually placed third in homecoming. Chi O rounds out the top 5 winning the standard of excellence award and placing top 5 in grades. These are the houses the majority of girls try hard to get a bid from for a good reason they're the top 5. Frats I agree I love the BYX guys they're fun and win but they aren't IFC and Fiji is one of the best most exclusive houses on campus.
