up ranking problems?

i actually think theta is on here up ranking themselves. they are always in the top 2 but they took a bottom pc this year. yikes lots of those girls should be at other houses

Are you ranking by overall house or just PC21? If just PC21, I would put them somewhere around 5 or 6. If you are ranking the overall house, I would still have them in the top 3.
