Ok just for this post forget the "ranking" and listen for a minute. I'm a guy who makes it a point to talk to all the girls I run into at parties and orotund campus, and try my hardest not to pay that much attention to letters. Ranking aside and going off of kindness, personality, and even attractiveness here's the ranking I've made

Top: DDD, AOPi, AXO, and DG
Middle: APhi, Theta, GPB, and AGD
Bottom: KKG, PBP, XO

Just my thoughts.

^ What are your criteria? I can say that like the OP, my opinion on a house is based on more than just the well worn lines that were here before I was a freshman and differs greatly from what is consistently touted as the "correct rankings".
