Is a sig actually losing their house?

I have heard several people say that a sig is losing their house. I’ve also heard that KA or BYX is going to get it. I feel like I’ve heard a sig was losing their house since they got it, anyone know if there’s any truth to it this time?

Yes, they are. Kappa Alpha Order (KA) owns that property. Alpha Sig is currently renting it out from them. KA is coming back Fall 2022. For more information, look here:
