Top- Kappa, Chi o
Upper mid- theta, pi phi
Bottom mid- tri delt, aphi, axo
Bottom- dg, g phi, aoii, Agd

Chi O is not a top two house. Some people would argue they are not even a top 5 house.

Tri Delt too low and not on the same level as AXO and APhi. They are better than AXO and APhi

GPhi and DG are not bottom tier houses.
