Chi O is not a top two house. Some people would argue they are not even a top 5 house.

Tri Delt too low and not on the same level as AXO and APhi. They are better than AXO and APhi

GPhi and DG are not bottom tier houses.

This is facts! I know there is some girl on here fixated with XO and AXO but this is 100% how it’s viewed at OU.
