Middle in no particular order: Theta, Aphi. DG
Bottom: GPhi, AGD, Alpha O

What does it matter? In my mind, there are four tiers at OU. There are in no partiular order within the tier. Again, this is just MY opinion based on MY experience.
First Tier - Theta, Kappa
Second Tier - Tri Delta, Chi Omega, Pi Phi
Third Tier - GPhi, APhi, AXO, DG
Fourth Tier - AXO, AOP
XO is on the cusp between second and third tier.
DG is on the cusp between third and fourth tier.

Alpha Chi is and always has been lower middle. Sorry if you thought you were getting a top house. I know it must be embarrassing but no, Alpha Chi is not upper anything

Far from it. Not the best but def not the worst.
Kappa got the best once again.
Tri Delt and Pi Phi got the left overs from kappa and chi o.
GPhi is no where near top but also not bottom.
