I don't think there is any order in each tier. I think that the lower tier has grown to include more than just the two usual houses, as AOII and AGD have been doing a great job to improve as AXO and DG have been on the downhill. I also think the top 5 is slowly turning into a top 3, with Pi Phi and XO on the decline.
TOP: KAO. KKG, DDD
Middle: PBP, XO, GPB, APhi
Lower: AXO, DG, AOII, AGD
Top: everyone wants these houses.
middle: people are happy to get these.
bottom: people are cut into these houses. No one goes into rush saying that they wanna be in one of these houses.

i think the top houses should be split into 2 tiers. i would 'want PBP and XO' but possibly DDD, KKG, and KAO more.. depending on how rush would go.
i wouldn't be very happy with A PHI, and would be more unhappy with GPHI, then DG. i would drop if i got any other house.

Tbh is the GPB girl. She's being sarcastic. You're the Tridelt that's always on here insisting your house is as good as Theta and Kappa. It's actually on level with Chi O and Pi Phi.

Well Tri Delt kinda is sooooo yeah. They win competitions, have a well known philanthropy event, active alumni support, good public image, and good relations with the rest of the greek community.
