Spring IFC Recruitment

Good Morning.

I graduated high school in May of 2021, but because I had so many concurrent enrollment credits from my local community college it made more sense for me to finish my associates degree there and then transfer to OU this spring (2022). I have two questions about rushing when I start OU:

1. Is it harder to rush in spring rather than fall? Are the springs rush options amore limited than fall, and should I be prepared to have to wait until next fall to get a bid?

2. Is it a disadvantage rushing with 60 hours already completed? Because of my degree plan, I'll still need about 3 more years at OU, but I'm a little worried that some houses won't want to invest time recruiting someone that's technically a junior. (On a brighter note, I'll be coming in with a 4.0 GPA, if that matters.) But this issue only become more complex if I have to wait until Fall 2022 because of the issues discussed in point 1.

3. Does anyone have any other advice for someone in my situation? I live in the OKC metro area, and I had considered reaching out to the houses before I actually start attending this spring. Is that a good idea.
