Thetas pc has been cute in years. The old “top 5” at OU have changed. Nobody wants to admit it but historically it’s been
Theta, KKG, Tridelt, Chio, and PiPhi
that have been considered “top 5” on this campus and it’s no longer true. PNM’s are starting to look beyond old traditional “top” named houses and looking for sororities with actual sisterhoods and not just a shirt with a name. Eventually the news about Chio and PiPhi being a crappy sisterhoods who are mean to members will get around too. It’s about time.

I heard the same rumor. NOt sure it it is true or not.
You also have to remember that Theta and Tri Delta are traditionally strong houses, meaning they cannot invite as many girls back in the earlier rounds. So, because of Pan rules, they had to cut to deep in the early rounds and it was hard to make it up in the later rounds. It is a formula based on return rates from previous years. It's Panhellenic's way of trying to even the playing field for traditionally weaker houses.

Chi O is always trying to remind people that they used to be good. It's sad and I don't even think it's true. But anyway, they're not a top house now and haven't been in lots of years like 20 or so at least according to people I talked to. I'm a double legacy and didn't even disclose it on my form

You can boost the rest of the sororities without insulting people.
There is an amount of parity that has been achieved. Cute girls are not the measure of a strong sorority any longer (never was imho).
These two weren’t bad choices. We just didn’t have all the PNMS trying to do the impossible. Which was all join the same group.
This has been changing the last 5 years. And the last two pledge classes have really embraced it.
