pike actually is a decent house now

As someone who rushed in 2018 I’m presently surprised at pike. They were bottom tier back in 2018. I’d say they are top middle now. Imagine if they had a better house like sigma nu they would probably be a top 4 house.

They took like 69 guys they are much better but still not great. They leaped du, sig nu, phi delt and the other irrelevant ones.
