Telling girls that your house will be finished next year is deceitful and rude. Nothing wrong with taking a while to finish a brand new house but at least be honest. The girls in kappa got screwed over, and I don’t want this next round of PNMS to be next

Looks like the third round is making some houses nervous! It's so sad that you have to bash some houses to make your's look better. Can't wait to see AXO's new house!

It's a whole new HUGE house. I would be shocked if it is finished in a year. It will be beautiful when completed.

But PC 21 needs to understand it will probably not be done for them to live in.

The chapter has been raising money and planning the new house for like three years…so I think they probably know what that timeline looks like better than some random person on GR

They aren’t the first to be displaced. It will be fine. They can live in once it is done.

The girls were told they had to be out by the Saturday after finals because demo was starting right away. Well, demo just started last week so they are already three months behind the timeline they were originally given. It would be hard to finish a normal sized house in 8-9 months. Given that they have to demo, clear, then and start building - they're not going to be living there next year.

I hope the house is done in time but realistically it will take 18 months from the day they dig the foundation. My uncle builds houses and they can’t get air conditioners right now (before that it was lumber).
