alpha phi situation

aphi absolutely does NOT deserve getting slandered for the domestic abuse situation and people keep saying they raised money to bail out the guy but that is completely made up. people literally just jumped on the bandwagon and know nothing about the situation. the aphi girl was the sister of the abuser and she needed support considering her brother was a psychopath but i can assure you that no aphis supported the abuser in any way. every aphi i know was DISGUSTED by what happened and are sad to be dragged down by people who don’t know what they are talking about. PNMs should not listen to this crap because people just wanna cancel aphi because of jealousy…

I always figured that was the case. The Alpha Phi members went to court in support of their sister, not in support of the abuser.

I completely agree. It’s disgusting that people are using this situation as a way to put aphi down when some aphis I know are close friends with the girl who was abused. Shame on the girls from other houses for spreading this rumor on here.

If you go to court it is going to be correctly construed as supporting the person and the behavior. The sister should have loved her sorority enough to not get them all involved. But you know that's not the only problem with A Phi, right? They also have a huge retention problem dropping girls right and left, they make the lowest grades of any house, they have a national reputation of recruiting girls for the wrong reasons, they're not very panhellenic in their behavior, and they have a toxic sisterhood. In addition to support of domestic abuse.
