Vibes are subjective. Best to evaluate that on your own with however it is YOU see things.

Every house has about the same vibes. The girls who go to OU are not all that different. There will always be girls who are famous for studying all weekend or partying all weekend, but most girls are a mix. And the pcs are so big that you will find your people in your pc and in the house regardless of what house you're in. So go through recruitment, see which house you like best and which likes you in return and you will be happy.
