Clearly you’re hating on piphi because you know it’s a top. I’m not even in piphi but comments like this are annoying because you clearly have absolutely no idea how the houses are viewed

Things can and do change but not enough for Chi O to be a top house. Mostly I don't even bother with trying to make the rankings accurate, but if you move XO (and AXO) down more by APhi then this would be accurate. Believe it or not, DG had a better recruitment than XO.
