2021 True Ranks

Kappa, Theta, ChiO, AXO, Pi Phi, Tri Delt, AOII, GPhi, DG, AGD, APhi
I am a Theta, and I would say Kappa typically is considered better than Theta. It all depends what you like. But this rank reflects houses that have risen and some houses that have dropped over the last few years. But all in all, I think we have a strong Greek system and many of these houses can be interchanged.

Clearly written by an AXO. AXO is a mid to lower house. When I was a RhoG, I had two girls that dropped when they had DG, AXO, and another house and then only got back AXO and another house. They would have gone DG but not AXO. Also, AOII is an interesting house, but they definitely have somebody on here artificially inflating their rank because they're nowhere near that high. Most girls I knew didn't like Chi O that well either and would put them more towards the middle. Girls in my group liked Theta more than Kappa and Tri Delta more than either. They also liked Pi Phi and G Phi more than the rest of the pack.
You're right that everyone's opinion is different, which is one reason I hate these ranks. I suspect they're written by moms who want their daughter's houses to be the best. All I can say is that when you consider what the girls themselves think, it's way different that mom's opinion.

I disagree with your changes, but that's what makes it so great. We can disagree. I personally think AXO is better than Pi Phi and DDD. I also think AOPi is better than GPhi
I like that houses have risen. I like that the mentality has switched and focus is more on sisterhood. But in saying all this, I do think that about 6 houses can be interchanged on any given day and depending what other people think is important. That's just me though. Others may disagree and that is also ok.
