BYX getting a house?!?!

I've heard rumors that BYX is in the early stages of possibly getting a house for next year. One of my friends' boyfriend is in BYX (I think he's inactive though) and he basically said that he'll believe it when he sees it, and I kind of agree with that, because as I understand it, they had Pi Kapp but lost it because they had a few guys back out or something.
What impact do you all think this could have on IFC if they do get a house?

I personally think it will have a pretty big impact, because from what I understand the two main reasons people don't rush with them is that they think there's no drinking in BYX (which I've found out is surprisingly not true at all lol) or that they don't have a house. I think with a house they will pull a lot of the IFC poster-boys, the smart, over-achieving, nice guys. The guys that IFC says, "If you rush with us, you get to be among these guys!". I dated a guy who was on the IFC exec team during that time when BYX had Pi Kapp, and he seemed very worried about the impact he thought it would have on IFC, basically saying all of the same things I said above.

They most definitely can, Triangle has a house and they’re not ifc. BYX literally had Pi Kapp to my understanding a couple of years ago but lost it before they could move in.
