Sorry, pnms, the girl above is giving out misinformation. If you look it up on the community grade report, you'll find these houses did spring recruiting last year. You'll know which ones did because they have grades for new members:
AXO
AGD
AOII
A Phi
Chi O
DG
There is NO guarantee they will be the ones this year, but just wanted to straighten out the incorrect info above.

Ladies, it’s really simple to find out who did spring COB last year. You just have to contact Pan and ask. This is what we were told.
In the spring of 2020, the COB-eligible chapters on our campus were:
Alpha Chi Omega
Alpha Gamma Delta
Alpha Omicron Pi
Alpha Phi
Chi Omega

DG did recruit last spring. You can tell by looking at the OU Community Grade Reports. Go to the panhellenic houses and look for "new member grades." The ones who spring recruited will have new member grades and the ones who did not spring recruit won't. The good thing about DG's spring class is that they won grades for the new member classes. Wooo Hoo!

EXTREMELY extremely UNLIKELY. Unless girls graduate in the fall or you’ve impressed them and made plenty of connections this fall. Don’t get your hopes up. They are seen as a top house and it’s hard for girls to make the cut in the fall.

Although they may have “weird” girls, it for some reason is still viewed as a top house. They will not participate in spring rush.

Since the list posted by the ignorant troll above is wildly inaccurate (too many houses, some listed twice, some that are not allowed to cob by their nationals, etc.) I'll give you advice. If DG is doing spring rush, go for that house. It's the best of the ones that did it last year. I'm sure there will be lots of nasty replies by the hater houses (Alpha Chi, Alpha Phi, and Chi O), but seriously, DG is great.

Some houses have restrictions by their nationals or internationals that they can only recruit during formal recruitment. It keeps them from having to do a second new member training and initiation during the year. Other houses have a rule by their internationals that they have to recruit any time it is allowed on campus. They like to keep their membership as high as possible even though they have to educate and initiate more often. It' just a different philosophy. That's why people don't get worked up about who is or who isn't doing spring recruiting. It literally means nothing unless a whole bunch of girls dropped out of a house and they have to recruit more. This happened last year to Chi O and that's why they are reluctant for it to be known.

Most likely the same houses that did spring rush last year, maybe a few more because pledges are dropping like flies
