Some girls are just not that bright. My favorite right now is whoever is shouting “xyz had the worst return rates in 10 years, they have really fallen” smdh
Instead of attributing that figure to the reality that several houses stepped up their game this year. The return rates are actually reflecting great work, not a drop in standards. Did you miss the memo that everyone made quota? Some had record breaking pledge classes?
Real women empower other women. Celebrate the successes that our pan sisters had this season. Don’t warp the statistics to fit your unpleasant agenda.

i am positive! positive that they needed to fill spots and that’s what they did... but trying to flex that you got a member class of 105 when without a doubt 105 girls didn’t preference the house is just false advertising

Nobody even mentioned letters in this post. If you feel threatened or jealous by a house that is your problem and keep it to yourself. You thinking your opinion is the ultimate opinion is false advertising.

The only people who know all the return rates are in the Panhellenic office and DO NOT give those rates out. They may give the recruitment advisor in a house her house's rates but no one shares the rates of other houses with anyone.
I'm sick of hearing about XYZ's return rates. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE!

No one knows the real rates. If your house tells you another house's rates -- they're not telling the truth. They're setting you up to work harder or feel superior.

There is no excuse for the hate. Everyone has different opinions. You can’t handle it? Therapy. I even think therapy is provided free at the university. Look into it.

I had assumed everyone on here had a high school education. But let me make it clearer for those whose reading comprehension was stunted. This was a positive post.
So called “top” houses didn’t do any worse than any other year. Everyone did really great.
If everyone is doing well return rates even out. That is actually what Panhellenic needs to grow and be successful.
Everyone should be proud of the performance this year.
But those who feel threatened will work to make sure those who were down, for a variety of reasons, some out of a chapters control, stay down. (If this is you, sad... you are sad...)
