When does everyone rank Theta top

I like the Thetas I know , but they have such a strange mix. I don’t think of them as being top.

Theta is only top tier on this site. But I’m real life I never hear about them.

Do you know how many times this conversation occurs!? They do not have a strong social presence on campus! If you asked a random person they would never say Theta is a top house but their alumni and actives sure think so. Everyone just ignores it and know sits not true. That’s why this site is so blatantly ran by alumni and moms. The ranks on GR are NOT honest.

For some girls Theta is the top. For some girls DG is the top. It just doesn't matter. Whatever your gut tells you is best for you is the top house for you

All our houses are good. Some prefer one, some another. Not everyone (in fact, hardly anyone) puts AXO, AP, or CO first. Got it?

They have a lot of legacies that a brainwashed from birth that theta is the top house. So they do get lots of great girls, but they also have some really weird ones too.

I have friends in Theta but yeah I do not get it. Was not a fan of them during rush and then you get on campus and you don’t hear about them much unless you have a friend in there. Very different picture.

Theta is a top house in the only way it matters. There are five or so houses that get the girls they go after during recruitment. These houses compete for that top block of girls. Theta is one of those houses. The girls that chose Theta had their choice of most of the top houses.
