Why is the gphi rank so low on here lmao

GPhi and other so called mid and lower tier houses get a lot hate on here because the old top tier doesn’t want you to know the true rankings. GPhi and these houses are having great rushes the last couple of years and this makes the old top houses nervous cause they know they are slipping. Several of these old top tier had horrible return rates this year and it has rattled them so they are on here attacking the houses that did great. If there was a true honest ranking none of the so called top 5 were be top tier this year.

GPHI is not a top tier house! Yes some had a rough rush but GPHI honestly doesnt play a part in the top 5 or 6! They get the awkward girls that really wanted THETA but didnt make the cuT! This house is a sleeper house through the year...never does well in USING or HOMECOMING and is in the middle for grades, not super social on campus! Nice girls, just not in the mix on campus!

literally WHAT are you talking about, GPhi has won homecoming the past 2 years, is always in the top 5 if not too 6 of grades, consistently makes USING and Scandals over other houses, and consistently have girls in leadership positions on campus and newsflash, girls cut theta for gphi, stop pretending like you know what you’re talking about lol. Stop being a hater because gphi is starting to surpass whatever house you’re in, jealous hater

The truth is that G Phi consistently attracts the same girls that Theta and Tri Delta attract. Some go to each house but most girls that go G Phi had other top houses on pref and a lot (don't know numbers) put G Phi first. One reason I heard that girls like them is that unlike some of the houses, G Phis don't have one particular look. There are a lot of girls that are turned off by the realization that almost everyone in certain houses is a size 0 blonde. Some girls that could have chosen Theta are reluctant to go there because of the grade pressure. G Phi makes good grades but not #1 like Theta.
Just letting you know because you asked. I'm not in any of the houses I mentioned but I was a Rho G last year and thought maybe I could explain.
Try to resist throwing hate at the houses I mentioned because they didn't ask for it. \n\n\n\n\n

I was a Rho G this year and can tell you that G Phi is low on here because they're never on here to rank their house up. Girls in my group love this house. There are other houses on here that have the same problem. It does weed out the girls that spend a lot of time of GR though.

Sums it up perfectly. Some houses that are bottom in the stupid ranks are far from bottom. They win awards, their girls are involved and great. But they aren’t on greekrank to up their GR rank or defend themselves when trolled on greekrank.

My own rush experience was I didn’t understand their philanthropy and I didn’t get fun, kind, welcoming vibes from anyone I met. I carried them through to sisterhood because I thought with my interests (getting a good education, grades) I would fit in. I finally gave up after third round because the girls I met (and obviously I didn’t meet all of them so just going on who I met) weren’t as fun as the girls I met in the house I joined.

I find your comment weird. I got cut by them after philanthropy and I understood their cause -building strong girls. They mentor young girls and encourage them to become physically and mentally strong. Glad you found girls that were more like you in the house you joined.

I think this is more a reflection of something that happened 20 years ago. I think the hater mom that is upranking certain houses also is deliberately downranking certain houses. Maybe she wanted G Phi when she was here and now thinks she's getting revenge. I hope it doesn't hurt her feeling but I don't think they know or care.
