In what universe is AGD anything but bottom? They have good girls but are bottom house.

No they aren’t. They have a lot of internal issues and they’ve really declined the last 3 years. Their PC’s are just so so. They seem to lose girls they really want on pref or going into pref. I personally think girls hold onto them as a good last resort so they always compare themselves to top houses because they have top girls left towards the end but those girls often times drop them for another house. Their name has carried them but with the way things are going now, girls are getting less and less concerned with name and more interested in the actual girls in the house.
But there are always girls who are caught up and fake and they go for the name. And unfortunately those are the girls who bring a house down. Don’t get me wrong, Pi Phi is a good house, they just aren’t a top house anymore.

I'm not a Pi Phi and have honestly never stuck up for them, but the person above is wrong in saying they're not a top house because they definitely are. They took several top PNMs from my sorority during recruitment and I'm so sick of seeing all of the bashing on this site.

It is not DG. DG hadn’t changed. And neither has aopi. Someone on this board just wants to make everyone believe they are better than DG and ΑGD. The sad thing for them was is not everyone is on this board. The reality is clear.

I started this post and am in a top tier house. All my friends rank AOPi above DG. Both good houses but AOPi is above DG

The real truth is that if you felt confident about yourself and the way you live your life you wouldn’t need to rank yourself higher than anyone. You wouldn’t post “tier” posts. You can say whatever you want about the “bottom” houses. I don’t see any of them on here telling you why you’re wrong. There’s been so much talk about AOPi, DG, AGD and GPhi they’re obviously doing something right to keep you talking about them. Everything is perspective and my perspective is you are a sad unhappy girl with no self confidence.
