COB calls? When???

COB works like old style rush you see in movies. The houses are in charge of rush. If you register with pan they will forward your info to eligible houses.
So they may call, they may invite you to coffee, they may invite you to an event.
Bids are issued when the sorority wants to. No timeline. I know girls who joined pledge classes a month in.

No. It is just getting started for some groups. But don’t get your information here. Contact panhellenic. Ask who might still be recruiting. And then get to know members of that group, ask if they will be holding any COB events. Follow all of the instagrams. Read the stories. Events tend to show up there.
Communication with pan is key.

Some groups will advertise events. Probably will be virtual events this year. But tell her to attend those events to show her interest. All the houses this year have amazing pledge classes with beautiful girls. I hope your friend is invited to join one of them.
