The top 5 houses have to make deep cuts sometimes they cut girls they think will go to one of the other top houses- maybe they are a legacy. They realize they are wrong when the girl drops out of recruitment because she didn't get a top house. Pi phi choses to release girls they don't want to lower houses and then go back an snap bid her before bid day. Win-win. Pi phi gets the great girl and the great girl doesn't settle for a lower house.

No matter what they are still waaaaaay better than APhi, DG,AXO,GPB,AOP and AGD sooooooooo that still makes 'em top 5! Anyone in those 6 houses would have prefered pi phi but they were cut and took a lower house that was still inviting them back! Sorry it's just the truth!

Thats what all the lower ranking houses say. You promote yourself as a top 5 house on here over and over but you're probably below kappa, tridelt, theta, gamma, maybe aopi, and alphachi.
