So someone keeps posting these old out of date ranks.
Things have most def changed and this recruitment is proof. Won’t say names BUT several old top houses had their worst returns in the last 10 years and some middle and lower tier houses had their best returns in 10 years.
Let’s wait til after bid day and see...I bet this rank is far off And not only that, if the new real rank gets posted, a couple of houses claws will come out and start attacking. You know who I’m talking about. They’re camped out here all the time attacking.
However, I don’t think anyone needs to prove where they are in the ranks. Everyone knows the truth!!!

Yes I noticed old top houses having low returns and have overheard pnmers talking favorably about so called middle and low tier houses. The old top have relied on their name recognition for too long and need to step up and actually work on recruiting PNMers.

@but thanks but you don’t know what you are talking about. Of course I have friends in almost all the houses and we talked during recruitment about how it was going etc. So unless my friends lied to me, I trust what they said and don’t think they would say their return rates were lower than usual if not true.

Why are you even talking about? Not one house was named in this post until you posted and your ridiculous obsession with these houses is out of control.
I’m the OP and actually am not in one that you listed. BUT I do know for a fact several of the houses you listed had better returns that a couple of old top tier houses.
And I’m in a TOP TIER house! I love my house but I also am humble enough to know when a house is rising and doing good things.
I’m a woman who supports other women. I’m a woman who isn’t threatened by another houses success. I’m a woman who is in a house known for being genuine and kind.

We do know our return rates and we all talk regardless of what these old alums and moms think! I know 3 supposed top houses had terrible returns! I also know that ours broke records! No one needs to name names the PC’s will speak for themselves. We are all friends and we do talk and can all be real when rush goes one way or another! If you don’t go here stop ranking houses! 2020 is a lot different then even 10 years ago!

great pep talk, but the truth is that you don't know the return rates of the houses, so keep on trying to convince peeps that things have changed, but everyone knows the deal and still wants the top 5
