Perspective on recruitment

This years recruitment process had houses navigating unchartered waters. It was a completely different experience. I can honestly say the pref day match ups were full of many different combinations. This just showed us that every house did a wonderful job representing themselves.
I have read many comments making PNM’s feel bad about their decision or match up and it truly is a reflection of the girl posting the negative post, not the PNM’s. Houses that generally have high return rates, weren’t as successful this year and several houses had their highest return rates in 10 years.

PNM’s/now new members, enjoy your day and know that the majority of OU greek life supports one another and is inclusive. Those who are not, have their own personal battles to overcome. Go OU!
