Return rates explained

PNMs- I strongly encourage you to ask your RhoG to explain return rates to you, and how they factor into releases. The short answer is a house that had a lot of girls want to return has to cut a lot of girls early in the process. It would not be fair to bring back every girl when only 70-85 (or whatever quota is) are going to get bids.
