Close to 100% placement

Call me crazy. But what if everyone on here was as concerned about getting every girl going through rush into a house. Use the amount of time you spend up ranking and down ranking to increase the % of girls who find a home?
Literally if everyone tried I think it might work. Last year more than 20% dropped or fell through the cracks. I really think it was closer to 30%.
You want to show that OU has the absolute best Greek Life experience? Give it a try this year.
When girls stick to it everyone benefits. Quota is higher. More girls get to experience sisterhood. Bid day is happier on every front lawn. We could maybe even grow and add a group. But that won’t happen until everyone is committed to supporting OU Greek Life through true Panhellenic pride. Sisterhood is awesome. Great girls are present in every house. No one can deny that.
Kindness matters. Treat others as you would want to be treated. It is not that hard.
