Top houses are defined by the PNMs every year. The sororities all generally want the girls they consider the best. The houses that get most of the girls on their target list are the most desired houses. True tiers at OU are pretty much what most comments say on this site but the order within the tiers vary
Top houses( most desired by PNM)in Greek alpha order:
DDD, KAO,KKG,PBP, XO
Middle tier( PNMs don't hope for these houses during recruitment but settle for them) Greek alpha order:
APhi, AXO,GPB,DG
Lower tier( girls often drop if they receive these houses but those who stay realize they have the most genuine sisterhoods that roll out to everyone's philanthropy events and really represent the Panhellenic spirit) Greek alpha order:
AGD,AOPI
All the houses win different things all the time. Some wins are bigger than others, some are done with frats, some involve singing and dancing. The girls in the houses actually determine which houses are top and those houses become the most desirable. All the houses at OU excel and all of them have every stereotype girl in the house! OU has a great Greek system!

The person that keeps bumping all these bogus posts (99% written by the one bumping them!) is the Pi Phi on a mission to make people forget about the Beta Barn, the date party portapotty, the drinkfest on the fire escape, etc. by bashing all the other decent sororities at OU. Her MO is to put up a comment then reply hateful things about the other sororities mentioned. Truthfully, people who have been through recruitment prefer DDD, KKG, GPB, KAO. PBP and XO are way far down on the list.
(Watch how quickly she calls me a Gamma Phi or a Kappa!)

I'm not a Gamma Phi so maybe I shouldn't answer for them, but I'm in another top house and I rank them high because they are. I don't know if any actual Gamma Phis are on here but some of the ratings you are objecting to belong to me and to other girls in top houses. We defend them on this site because you bully and denigrate them incessantly. I even know a Pi Phi who defends Gamma Phi against your rants. Just so you know, it is making your house look bad, not good.

Agree anyone who actually is Greek at OU knows this is true whether they admit it or not, everyone knows which house posts bogus rankings

Gamma phi belongs in the bottom tier so I agree this is off in that respect
