Top houses are defined by the PNMs every year. The sororities all generally want the girls they consider the best. The houses that get most of the girls on their target list are the most desired houses. True tiers at OU are pretty much what most comments say on this site but the order within the tiers vary
Top houses( most desired by PNM)in Greek alpha order:
DDD, KAO,KKG,PBP, XO
Middle tier( PNMs don't hope for these houses during recruitment but settle for them) Greek alpha order:
APhi, AXO,GPB,DG
Lower tier( girls often drop if they receive these houses but those who stay realize they have the most genuine sisterhoods that roll out to everyone's philanthropy events and really represent the Panhellenic spirit) Greek alpha order:
AGD,AOPI
All the houses win different things all the time. Some wins are bigger than others, some are done with frats, some involve singing and dancing. The girls in the houses actually determine which houses are top and those houses become the most desirable. All the houses at OU excel and all of them have every stereotype girl in the house! OU has a great Greek system!

I guess you've decided not to play nicely. You've been asked not to run down sororities at OU. You don't know who is posting anything so it's running down a sorority to attribute "all the gpb stuff on greekrank" to the women of Gamma Phi and it's hateful to call the "GR groupies." You can do what you want, just realize that you're making everyone else love Gamma Phi even more because you run them down.

really no one cares who's on first and whose first on GR! This is useless, meaningless and completely laughable!! The thought that one house is better than the other is just AN OPINION! You can't argue opinions because everyone has one! This matter is just a waste of time!

Greek rank is about ranking and everyone does have an opinion and the majority of people at OU believe these are the tiers at OU. The top houses listed always get the best girls and so on. Anyone whose gone through OU recruitment knows this is how all the houses are perceived.

Just letting you know that not everyone agrees with your version of the top houses. That's why you need to downrank GPB all the time is because other people are saying it's top too. So stop saying everyone agrees because they don't.

You mean everyone else has a different opinion than you. No one thinks gphi is a good house much less a top house and no one ever will as long as you take quota additions cut by AGD

Some idiot keeps writing about quota additions. This year quota was 81. Every new member over 81 is a quota addition. The houses had these numbers of new members:
AXO - 87
AGD - 42
AOII - 81
APhi - 88
Chi O - 81
DDD - 84
DG - 84
GPB - 88
Theta - 84
KKG - 84
Pi Phi -81
Quota additions are a good thing. It means a lot of girls want that house. I don't know why the crazy idiot keeps slamming houses for having quota additions, but everyone did except Pi Phi, Chi O, AOII, and AGD (which obviously didn't cut people after pref!). Just another lie told by a fool.

They are a bad thing a house at total can't take quota additions houses that can have lower numbers than everybody else. The actual girls are girls no one and were invited back to pref by to low houses that don't ever get their target list girls. The girl above is so uneducated about recruitment she doesn't even know how it really works. Try getting off of Greek rank and actually learn something about recruitment. AGD did cut way too many and as a result houses ended up with additions.

Actually you are ignorant and uninformed. Houses at house total can not take quota additions. House total is different from quota. Houses at house total still can take recruitment quota but no additional girls. AGD did not make quota. AOPI, Pi phi and ChiO were all at house total. AXO,APhi, DDD,DG, KAO, KKG,GPB were not at house total.AXO, APhi, and GPB had the lowest memberships forcing greater quota additions. This is what YOUR " facts" indicate IF you understood what you were actually saying. This is a national Panhellenic rule. Actives, alums etc all know how to read your "facts". So stop twisting YOUR facts around and try knowing what they mean instead.
