True...nobody considers Pi Phi top. They have too many internal issues and nobody likes them. A bunch of high school hero wannabes.

Pi phi isn’t top line.
They have too many QR’s. Let’s discuss the tik toks of girls promoting shacking at beta. A see in the porta potty scandal. Some other VERY nasty videos of girls.
Oh and pi phi can’t get top OKC and Tulsa girls anymore because of who they’ve taken. Mean girl issues with those cities.
