@last place Wow you’re really that mean and petty that you have to bash a house for getting a 3.68??!! PNMers this is another example of an attempt to manipulate you into thinking a house is not worthy please don’t fall for it!

3.68 would be good on a usual year, but not so much on a year that they came in last again (along with Alpha Chi) Those two houses are always last on grades
