Differences between lower houses
by: kinda sadIt’s so hard to see houses like GPhi, DG, AOII, and AGD be put on the same “tier” when they’re all so different and have better qualities than the others. GPhi and DG always are close together but have total differences in terms of grades, girls, and social interaction. Same goes for AOII and AGD; there’s a huge gap between the two as I see AOII way more social, higher quality of girls, and social interaction as well. I always see people talking about top tier houses and kind of throw the others under the bus just because of their lack of knowledge on these “bottom” houses. Bottom houses are also very likely to swap places and ranks, be mindful of their improvements, too!

AXO is top of the middle...rising fast. Their last 2 PC's are solid! APhi has some work to do. Not sure what goes on inside that house but the rumors circle them and they aren't good rumors. Makes me sad as they have some really pretty, nice girls too.

Op never said AOII was better than dg or GPhi, they only compared them to AGD
