Not even close. There are 3 tiers
Kappa, theta, maybe XO
Pi Phi, AXO, DDD, APhi
GPhi, DG, AOPi, AGD
Sorry but pi phi and ddd are no longer very top. That middle tier is great and nobody should hate on being there. But it all depends on how recruitment goes this year. Several houses may move up.

Let’s have a chat! Houses that had girls drop was not due to them
Not liking it, it was financial. Just as the grade scaling system is off bc some houses deactivate members before submitting grades to keep their GPA. Not ragging on that just stating truths.

Exactly on grades. Several houses deactivate members come end of semester. So yeah grades ranking aren’t accurate or a way to judge.

there are only 2 tiers here.Kappa is not top house

NOBODY would put ChiO on the top row after they took 12-15 for spring recruitment...are you joking with your post above?
