Beta has taken a pretty steep decline over the past couple years and virtually no one on campus actually considers them to be a top house. Sig ep, SAE, and lambda are generally considered to be top. Delt, DU, and Phi Delt are pretty solid. Beta FIJI and sigma chi are wild cards, lots of people love em but lots of people hate em for a whole assortment of reasons. To any rushees, there are cool guys in every house- sign where you get along with the people. If you don't feel completely comfortable where you're planning on signing- it's just asking for trouble.

I would throw SAE in the wildcard category. Coming from Texas it is my opinion that Oklahoma Greek life is different than at the Texas schools. Lambda and Sig Ep sign a ton of guys but don't have very high dues so they don't have much of a social budget. Normally houses with the highest dues are the more fun which are fraternities like SAE, FIJI, and Beta

Incredibly stupid way to judge a house. And incredibly wrong. Fiji is terrible and Delt is middle tier, not a top house.

Lambda
Beta
Sigep

I think the house he/she named were the best houses on campus. Beta, Delt, Lambda, FIJI, SAE and Sig Ep are the best OU offers. They all have their pros and cons. I don't think OU has a clear cut order because there is so many quality guys in rush. It really depends on what you personally like

True, but I'd put Lambda, Beta, and Sig Ep in one group and SAE, FIJI, and Delt in a little lower group.
