So what exactly is the true definition of "scoob"? Is it a nerd? Is it a douchebag? Or what? I hadn't heard that word until I came to OU, and if you do a google search for scoob nobody is using it in the same context we use it in. So what exactly does it mean?

A scoob is- A nerdy douche bag that is financially challenged and not classy, he is creepy around girls and can not socially network properly without making any convo awkward. AND they wear cargo shorts and abercrombie and holister on a college campus

...is it just me or did almost every house get a bad or extremely average pledge class this year? There is not a single one that makes you go, "WOW! WHAT A QUALITY PLEDGE CLASS!" Just an observation.
