I love how everyone says Beta is living by their name. Beta nationally and regionally is nowhere near as good as SAE/FIJI/Sig Ep. And since when are Delt and Chi-O considered rude? They are no where near as rude as some of the other house. I think the comparisons in general are stupid because panhellic and IFC are very different. No fraternity is like Theta and no sorority is like Lambda for example.

KA is the worst out of that group, Sig Chi is not better than Phi Delt or Delt.
